Made to Move

We are made to move. It is the first language we develop, in the fluid darkness of the womb. This Living Yoga practice invites you home to the profound joy of a breathing, moving body. Movement makes me happy

When I leave my mat I feel expansive and gracious, connected to myself and to others. I feel joy and gratitude for my physical self: my moving, breathing soma. I feel alive, in so many ways. I would like to share this – and more – with you.

Join me on an embodied journey towards wholeness and presence.
